The characters were trailing behind slightly in damage, but the ults widen the gap in terms of % by a huge margin. In terms of % stuff, the real problem is their Ultimates.
Of course, Seele does more in practice, but that's thanks to her higher stats and personal buffs. Including just shock + skill damage, (or skill + talent damage) her %s are equivalent, if not higher, than Seele's at equal levels.
Serval's is significantly weaker, but that's also because she has the RNG-ish shock damage. Even at max, the gap between the two is only 20%. (Aside from maybe Serval's)įor example, in terms of innate numbers, Himeko's skill (at level 1) versus Seele's is actually just straight-up 100% vs 110%. Honestly, I don't think the AoE (or in this case, Blast) skills are really the problem.
